2. Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the course enrollment date.
  • The student must have completed less than 25% of the course content. This includes all online materials, assignments, and other course-related activities.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund, the student must:
  • Submit a written request via email to help@wecare247.us. The request should include the student’s name, course enrollment details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Ensure the request is timestamped within the 7-day window as per the course enrollment records.

4. Refund Processing

• Upon receiving a refund request, WeCare Home Caregivers Inc. will:
  • Review the request to ensure it meets the refund policy criteria.
  • Process eligible refunds within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • Issue refunds to the original payment method used during enrollment.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • If more than 7 days have elapsed since the enrollment date.
  • If the student has completed 25% or more of the course content.
  • For any fees associated with materials or services already rendered or delivered.
